The Calgary Herald, the daily newspaper serving Calgary, Alberta, Canada, was looking to sell its 338,000-square-foot facility, which served as its news and publishing operation. Repositioning the property as a potential data center conversion allowed us to market the asset to an entirely new set of buyers. Our strategy created competition, resulting in a timely disposition of the asset.
