Guardian Life Insurance operated a legacy data center in its downtown Manhattan headquarters. Our role was to help the insurer’s real estate and information technology teams evaluate the risks and benefits associated with operating an owned facility versus migrating to a third-party provider. We developed a comprehensive data strategy for the Fortune 300 Company that included conducting operational audits and evaluating the investment value of prioritized facilities.
