NADC does not maintain public property listings; engagements are conducted through direct client representation.  Offerings are made directly to qualified buyers. Illinois licensure is regulated by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Virginia licensure is regulated by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).

Public Property Listings. NADC shall maintain publicly accessible property listings on its virtual-office website for properties that the owner has authorized for public marketing. Where a client directs NADC to maintain an assignment confidentially, NADC shall market the property only in accordance with the client’s lawful instructions and applicable law. Confidential assignments shall not be publicly disclosed without client authorization.
