One of the largest international web hosting companies, ServInt spent more than a year negotiating a lease renewal. They enlisted us to help them negotiate a renewal or consider relocation. We took over negotiations, while also making ServInt aware of other providers. Our efforts resulted in ServInt relocating to a newer, less expensive property. Our negotiations achieved additional concessions including expansion, renewal, free rent and an aggressive ramp schedule. We took the project from start to finish in three months.
